·         Job Description Summary
·         Leading a team of field and back office colleagues
·         Department revenue, cost and margin management, monitoring and reporting
·         Sales management of extended warranty products
·         Monitoring and helping to improve teams’ KPIs
·         Providing technical support to field team
·         Working/supporting sales departments in customer projects
·         Opening and monitoring technical escalation processes
·         Getting technical trainings abroad for new products/procedures in English and relaying them to field service technicians in local language
·         Making periodic visits to customer (having no problem or limitation to travel)
·         Reporting directly to service department manager with daily/weekly/monthly bowlers
