Customer Service Advisor

Description

  • Independent management of customer orders, deliveries, invoicing and customer and consumer claims;
  • Close cooperation with Sales/Marketing departments and operations manager, standard and ad hoc reporting;
  • Working in SAP, presentation and participation in customer meetings;
  • Modifying and improving procedures, e.g. enhancing order entry process in SAP;
  • Participate or lead initiatives that changes best practice.
  • Customer and business partner understanding & impact:
  • Develops detailed understanding of the customer`s needs, issues, and priorities through routinely seeking customer feedback
  • Knows how organization performs against customer expectations and communicates good and bad news to customer in a timely manner
  • Works to improve transactions with customer within the framework of the current product/service offered
